We both define ourselves as Dads first and our architectural work is informed by this responsibility. We believe a fathers is as a brief custodian where we protect our kids in the early stages of their life, enable growth through positive educational experiences and assist them in acquiring the skills to live their adventures. Furthermore we want our descendants to be proud of our work which we hope is remembered as empathetic, ethical and fearless. Therefore we believe our architectural relationships, like the father/ child relationship, is primarily about empathy and education. To achieve this we want to learn from the past, to inhabit the present with an eye on the future.
